Currently we are looking for: ACCOUNT MANAGER – North American Market Description Bohle Machine Tools, Inc. has an opening for an Account Manager for the North American market, to be located in Plymouth, MI. This person plans, coordinates and implements all division sales efforts at assigned new accounts, achieving maximum product sales penetration while maintaining a professional relationship with each customer. About Us Bohle Machine Tools, Inc. is a sales and service organization for a niche market of high-quality European machine tool manufacturers, currently active in the automotive, aerospace, mold and die, wind energy, and high-speed rail industries. Responsibilities
The Account
Manager’s responsibilities are to work with potential customers, to
generate and grow new business and to successfully convert the target
audience. With a strong knowledge of business and market sense, you will
successfully manage an assigned sales territory and report on related
marketing to management. Additionally, you will assume a higher level of
responsibility and innovation to sell Fooke high-speed 5-axis milling
machines to the aerospace industry, as well as mold & die shops in North
America. The Account Manager reports to Management. - Work in collaboration with office staff and successfully sell to potential customers within the key target profile - Recommend pricing strategies, product changes, delivery changes and other miscellaneous programs, as needed, to meet market/customer needs - Maintain and update product forecasts utilizing customer input and personal judgement - Prepare and submit routine visit reports, monthly reports and other sales oriented documents to Management on a weekly basis Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals - Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads by managing a territory and selling activities - PC-based skills using MS Office, Internet, etc. - Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups - Bachelors Degree required - 3-5 years outside sales experience - Experience working for a product leadership company where the focus is on value selling, not price Salary/Benefits Salary commensurate with experience Bohle comprehensive benefits package - medical, dental, life insurance, disability, retirement savings plans and more - offers flexibility, choice and value.
